How delivery works

Factory support stays with the trailer.

Rugged coordinates diagnosis, parts, warranty support, and approved local repair. The factory relationship continues after delivery.

How owner support works

Choose a trailer family

Four families, built around how you load.

01

Utility

Open-deck everyday haulers

The open deck that does a bit of everything — mowers, mulch, powersports, and weekend property work. Configure the rail height, sides, and ramp or tailgate to match how you load and what needs to stay put. Every size is built to order on an all-aluminum structural frame with torsion suspension.

02

Tilt

Bed lowers to the ground, no ramps

The whole deck tilts to the ground, so low-clearance machines and cars drive straight on — no separate ramps to carry, set, or store. Pull forward and the deck settles level and latches for travel: one person, one latch, loaded. Single and tandem axle sizes cover compact equipment up through cars and heavier machines.

03

Deckover

Full-width deck for wider loads

The deck rides above the wheels, so the full width is usable edge to edge — no fenders cutting into the load space. That flat, unbroken surface takes pallets, equipment, and materials that need every inch, loaded from the rear over ramps.

04

Enclosed

Secure, weather-tight cargo

A lockable, weather-sealed V-nose body protects anything that should not ride exposed — tools, equipment, and cargo stay dry and secured in transit. Load through the rear door and lock it: jobsite tools during the week, weekend gear after.

How buying works

$500 starts the review, not production

Your $500 reservation remains fully refundable until both you approve the exact written Build Order and your settled payments reach 25% of the approved order total. The $500 is credited toward your 25% production deposit. Nothing enters production until you approve the final order.

  1. Start with a proven build

Choose a completed Rugged configuration or begin with a base model.

  2. Make it yours

Select the exact loading, containment, cargo-control, and convenience equipment your work requires.

  3. See your delivered price

Enter your ZIP to calculate Rugged Home Delivery, or choose free factory pickup.

  4. Reserve for $500

Save your exact configuration and start the Rugged Build Audit. Refundable until both Build Order approval and the 25% settled-payment threshold. The fee is credited toward your 25% production deposit.

  5. Approve the Build Order

Review the final configuration, price, delivery, and timing with a factory specialist. Your approval starts production with the 25% deposit.

  6. Rugged builds your trailer

Your approved configuration is manufactured and inspected. The remaining 75% balance is due only after you review photos of your finished trailer, before pickup or delivery.

A Build Audit reviews your model, options, payload, delivery, price, and timing line by line. What the Build Audit covers

The material

Aluminum, where it earns its keep

Not an aluminum skin over a steel frame. The frame, tongue, crossmembers, and decking are structural aluminum — welded in our New Hampshire factory and inspected before anything leaves.

Fabrication quality

Aluminum decking

Extruded aluminum deck planks, where specified for the build.

Sourced, not skimped

We specify rated couplers, sealed lighting, and aluminum wheels rather than treating bought components as an afterthought.

Anderson chose a 6.5'x14' tandem-axle Rugged with a stone guard for hauling powersports equipment. He found it solid, composed behind his pickup, and well suited to his trips.
