Rugged sells new physical trailers made to the customer-approved configuration. Here is exactly what can be refunded, what cannot be returned, and how to contact the factory.
Effective August 21, 2026
Your $250 reservation is 100% refundable until you approve the final written Build Order. Call Rugged before approval to cancel. We confirm eligibility and submit an approved refund to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears.
Once you approve the final written Build Order, the $250 reservation becomes non-refundable. Production begins only after approval and the 25% production deposit are both complete.
Each trailer is manufactured to the configuration you approve. Completed trailers cannot be returned or exchanged after you accept delivery. Defects are handled under Rugged's five-year structural warranty.
