- What the builder total includes
- Your delivered subtotal combines the current trailer, every selected option and accessory, and the Rugged Home Delivery charge for the ZIP you entered. The delivery line is itemized before you reserve.

Before arrival
- Scheduling
- After the trailer is complete, you review finished-trailer photos and complete the final payment. Rugged then confirms the destination, access, delivery method, and arrival window with you before dispatch.
- Where we hand it off
- Delivery is made to the safe, accessible handoff point agreed during scheduling at your home, business, or jobsite. The approach needs adequate road width, turning room, overhead clearance, and firm level space for the delivery equipment and trailer.
- If the property is not accessible
- Tell us about narrow roads, gates, steep grades, soft ground, low branches or wires, restricted neighborhoods, and seasonal access before scheduling. If the planned point is unsafe or inaccessible, Rugged and the carrier will use an agreed nearby safe handoff point rather than force the equipment onto the property.
- Customer presence
- Do not assume unattended delivery. Whether you or another responsible adult must be present depends on the carrier and unloading method and is confirmed with the delivery window.
At handoff
- Inspect before signing
- Before signing a clear delivery receipt, compare the trailer with your approved Build Order and finished-trailer photos. Check the VIN, model and major options, then walk around the frame, deck, ramps or doors, wheels, tires, lights, coupler, jack, and loose accessories for visible damage or missing items.
- If damage is visible
- Photograph the trailer and the delivery equipment before unloading when possible. Describe every visible issue on the carrier paperwork, keep a copy, and report it to both the carrier and Rugged within 24 hours. Transit damage is handled as a delivery claim, not a warranty claim.
- If the configuration is incorrect
- Do not sign the delivery receipt as clear. Note the difference and call 603.324.7402 before completing acceptance. Whether the trailer can remain on the transport is carrier-specific, so Rugged and the carrier must confirm the next safe step at the handoff.
- Delivery paperwork
- Review the delivery receipt before signing, note any exceptions, and keep a copy with your photographs. A clear receipt can make a later freight-damage claim harder to prove.
- Registration guidance
- Rugged provides the certificate of origin and bill of sale. You register the trailer and pay any applicable tax, title, registration, and related fees in your home state; Rugged does not collect or handle them.

You review the written Build Order. Your $500 reservation remains fully refundable until both you approve the exact written Build Order and your settled payments reach 25% of the approved order total. Production does not begin before approval.

Production
After you approve the final Build Order and complete the required payment step, Rugged manufactures the trailer to your exact configuration. Your 25% deposit begins production.
