Select the equipment your work requires, then choose factory pickup or confirm Rugged Home Delivery to your ZIP.
- Request your free Rugged review
This is the primary next step for a custom build. Rugged checks the configuration with you before any payment; eligible Real Builds can proceed directly to the order-deposit option.
- Choose whether to pay the 25% refundable order deposit
Only if you decide to start the order: Rugged verifies the full current price before secure payment opens.
- Review and approve the written order
Rugged checks the build and publishes any required revision. Nothing enters production until you explicitly approve it.
- Rugged builds your trailer
The remaining 75% is due before pickup or delivery, after the required approval and production milestones.

When do I pay the balance?
The remaining balance is due only after you review photos of your finished trailer — before pickup or delivery, never before.
