Pay the 25% refundable order deposit when ready
For an eligible online order, Rugged verifies the full current price before secure payment opens. A free review does not require payment.
Review and approve the written order
Rugged checks the build and publishes any required revision. Nothing enters production until you explicitly approve it.
Rugged builds your trailer
The remaining 75% is due before pickup or delivery, after the required approval and production milestones.

When do I pay the balance?
The remaining balance is due only after you review photos of your finished trailer — before pickup or delivery, never before.
