You see the finished trailer.
After Build Order approval and the production deposit, Rugged builds the trailer and sends private completion photos before pickup or delivery.
- 4. Inspect
The driver waits while you walk it.
Delivery is a handoff, not a drop-off. If what arrives is not what you approved, it does not come off the truck.
