Nothing ships until you approve it.
You are buying a trailer that does not exist yet, from people you have not met, sight unseen. So we do not ask you to take our word for it. We photograph the trailer we built for you and send it to you first — and it stays on our floor until you tell us it is right.

Where you can stop.
A promise is only worth what it is specific about. These are the points in the order where the decision is yours, in the order you reach them.
- 1. Deposit
25% refundable order deposit.
Rugged verifies the current full price before secure payment. The deposit remains refundable until you approve the final written Build Order.
- 2. Review
A specialist checks the exact build.
Rugged reviews the configuration, delivery, current price, and any required changes before asking for written approval.
- 3. Approve and build
You approve the final written order.
A higher total requires your explicit authorization for the difference; a lower 25% target results in an excess refund. Nothing enters production before approval.
- 4. Inspect
You see the finished trailer.
Rugged sends completion photos before the remaining balance and pickup or delivery handoff.
Stated as plainly as the promise.
A guarantee that hides its edges is not a guarantee. Here is exactly where this one ends.
Where the refund ends
The 25% order deposit remains refundable until you approve the final written Build Order. After approval, production may begin and the approved post-approval cancellation terms apply.
Your 25% order deposit remains refundable until you approve the final written Build Order.
The amount due today is a 25% refundable order deposit. It remains refundable until you approve the final written Build Order. Rugged reviews the submitted configuration before approval; required changes are shown in a new written revision. A higher approved total requires your explicit authorization for the difference. If the approved 25% target is lower, Rugged refunds the excess to the original payment method.
