Start with Rugged. We review the evidence and give you the applicable written path before repair work begins.
- Open a case and response timing
- Email warranty@ruggedat.com or call 603.324.7402. Include the VIN, your name and location, clear photos or video, a description of what happened, and whether the trailer is safe to move. Requests are reviewed during our published business hours.
- Diagnosis and written plan
- Rugged reviews the evidence, identifies whether the issue involves Rugged workmanship, a supplier component, maintenance, transit damage, or another cause, and then provides the applicable parts, service, carrier, or manufacturer-warranty path.
- Parts and approved local repair
- At Rugged’s option, Rugged may repair or replace a covered part or supply parts to you or to a service facility Rugged approves. A local or mobile repair provider may be used only after Rugged gives written authorization.
- Repair authorization and payment
- Get written authorization before work begins. The authorization identifies the approved scope and reimbursement path. Unauthorized repair, labor, towing, travel, or parts are not reimbursable under the Limited Warranty.
- Roadside and safety issues
- Rugged is not a 24-hour roadside or emergency service. If the trailer may be unsafe to tow, stop using it, move to a safe location if possible, and contact roadside assistance or emergency services as appropriate before contacting Rugged for the product-support path.
- The support record stays with Rugged
- Your VIN, Build Order, selected equipment, completion photographs, payments, delivery information, and support communications give the factory a common record for diagnosis and service coordination.
